Our dogs are,  first and foremost,  family dogs with wonderful,  active,  high-spirited,  water-loving personalities.  They are also very successful in the showring,  having completed their championships with notable wins.

PWD's are fantastic companions,  with loyal,  friendly temperaments,  as well as faithful "watchdogs".  Their love of the water is not limited to just swimming.  They jump,  dive,  enjoy retrieving and will retrieve under water.  These dogs do require grooming,  and are non-shedding,  and hypo-allergenic.

Leemarsh Portuguese Water Dogs come from the superior quality of Drewsar,  Ferncliff and Questar bloodlines,  that are concentrated on the outstanding Do Vale Negro family.  We are extremely grateful to Mari and Herb Szauerzopf of Drewsar Perm. Our Portuguese Water Dog puppies are available to select,  approved homes by reservation.   They are loving "miniature teddy bears",  that are intelligent,  curious and very active,  with fun-loving personalities.
